BUT, maybe Yasopp bleached his hair for a while and it grew out. Because didn't Usopp's mum have blonde hair? Usopp wouldn't have black hair if both his parents had blonde hair?

No, Usopp's mom had black hair. She's also where Usopp got his long nose. And I've seen Yasopp with three different hair colors by now (black, red, and blond), so I'm figuring he dyes and only his hairdresser knows for sure what his natural hair color is.
