Plotbunny_Tiff and chibi_trillian's Bad Fanfic Challenge!
The challenge is simple, and yet not: write the absolute worst fanfiction you are capable of writing. Throw in a Mary Sue or a Gary Stu. Have three pages of fangirlity-squealy "author's notes" before any actual fiction. Write a hideous romance crossover fic. A few generated examples:

~Hotaru Tomoe (Sailor Moon)/Watari (Yami no Matsuei)
~Seiya (Saint Seiya)/The Bursar (Discworld)

~Maude Flanders (The Simpsons)/Lady Heather (CSI)
~Inu-Yasha/Slick (Sinfest)

Don't forget to smack characters as far out of character as possible! Have a garrulous D, a friendly Sanzo, a cheerful Aya, an emotional Rei, a lecherous Etoh, an intelligent Deedlit, an easily surprised Crawford, a Sanji who doesn't curse or flirt or smoke or fight or cook, a Watari that knows nothing of actual science but uses a nonstop stream of big words so you can pretend that he does! And they can all fall for your thinly veiled self-insertion character!
Plot becomes irrelevant! Throw continuity out the window! Naught matters, so long as the pairing you were going for is accomplished!
A MSTed example of a fanfic atrocity. Vampire Hunter D, allegedly NC-17. Why the MSTed version? Because otherwise you won't finish the gawdawful thing.
