THANK YOU vampire_otaku! The doujinshi was delightful (XD random Sanji/Fullbody thrown in FTW and so many WHAT THE HELL WHY IS ZORO SO HOT IN THIS moments) and David squeed over the chocolate. I really wish you could have made it tonight, though I'd have felt bad for you having to drive so far.

Also THANK YOU sherrymarie for the holiday card! It made me warm and squishy inside (once I got over the OHNOES of the outside), and hopefully we'll be seeing you at Katsucon. Eee.

In the other-people-getting-presents-from-me department, gifts have mostly been ordered but may not get to persons until after Christmas, due to the vagaries of shipping and such and the fact that I'm NEVER USING FEDEX FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. Also, thanks to my horrific stress inducing insanely expensive nightmare extremely poor experience with FedEx this year, I politely request that people not ship things to me via FedEx either.

If I am writing you a fic, I will try my damnedest to get it to you before New Year's and will also try my damnedest to make it not suck. If your fic is delayed, you can throw sharp pointy broken glass ornaments at me until I finish it. D:

The only people responsible for this disaster are the sperm misfires at FedEx. Any company that knows it has a problem on the eighth, fails to contact anyone capable of dealing with said problem until the eleventh, and then starts threatening to destroy the package because a delivery is taking too long on the twelfth is kind of set up for failure. NO FLOGGING FOR KAJA.

You and Becca need to commiserate, because fedex failed at sending her transcript on time to apply for this one program. It was supposed to be overnight; it arrived three days later. Complete suckage.

Tell me about it. At the rate that I was paying for, the package was supposed to be there in 1-3 business days. I shipped it on December 2, and Kaja might be getting it Monday. Maybe. If they feel like it. >< *sics Zoro!shark on them*
