KREIG! I'D FORGOTTEN ALL ABOUT HIM! OOOOOOH, HE'D BE COOL AND COMPLETELY OUT OF LEFT FIELD AND WE'D GET TO SEE THE RESUMPTION OF DANDY GIN'S FABULOUS LOVE AFFAIR WITH SANJI. I've heard Morgan and Krieg both suggested. I've also heard random-guy-in-crowd-whose-food-stand-was-trashed-by-Luffy. They all seem fairly likely.

I, on the other hand, am hoping for a plot where Sanji ends up in the slavers' clutches. Something along the lines of the Strawhats needing bait or a way to find the slavers and Sanji volunteers because he's not letting Nami, Robin, or Cami do it, he's the prettiest guy, and one of the two least likely to be recognized from his bounty poster.

In theory, any number of Luffy's enemies could be back. Especially given the whole "Never kill anyone" deal he seems to have... The all too obvious Arlong connection wouldn't be it, I hope. I didn't even think of Morgan or Krieg, but it makes it quite interesting!

I have to say, though, I love Sanji, I really do, but I almost hope in a way that Oda turns down the screaming, fawning, hearts in the eyes.. Just a little. It's overpowering pretty much every page. We get it, Sanji, you love Mermaid-parts.

It can't be Arlong; the hand we were shown smashing the whatever-it-was-he-was-holding (glass? bottle?) was definitely human.

I'd go for Bellamy, actually, because he seems to be both vengeful and lunatic enough to chase Luffy down.

I'll just go with the first rule of One Piece on the question whether or not Bellamy is still alive XD
After all, he could just have had Sarquiss cut Bellamy up a little, but leave him alive for all we know.

And again judging from the hand we were shown, I don't think it's Kuro (I gotta admit he would fit "vengeful and lunatic" perfectly, though). I just don't think he'd put his claws down but run around in an armor like that. Also, I imagine it'd be difficult to wear glasses under that mask...
