XD Yes, and his kintama and the mushroom that won't come off. I figured an Amazon arc would be full of boob jokes, but there have been more penis gags in the past three chapters than I usually hear in a month.
The best way for you to get to Jaxx is probably I-95 South, go around 495/95 on the Wilson Bridge side (NOT towards Tyson's corner/I-270), then get off the beltway at exit 54 (Braddock Road/VA-620 WEST). Go about 2 miles down Braddock road (stay in the center lane because it becomes the left-hand lane right before you'll be making a turn) and then turn left at the light onto Rolling Road/VA-638 South. You'll be on Rolling Road for about 2.5 miles. Jaxx will be located on your left in a strip mall.
I usually turn left at Old Keene Mill Road off of Rolling Road and then take the second right (after the 7-11 and the donut shop) and park in the spaces along the donut shop/gas station side. Parking is pretty much where you can find a space and it is free.
The doors open at 6:30 and I'm sure there will be a line. However, as Kamelot is the headliner, they probably won't go on stage until sometime around 9 pm or later (maybe more like 10 pm actually). Brian and I are heading down early to eat at this kabob restaurant next door and to line up early. We usually try to score seats at the bar and, if you're not heading down until after you're off work, we will do our best to save one for you! (At the worst, we can trade off or all smoosh together...sitting at the bar means you can see over the heads of most of the people in the floor area. Jaxx is tiny so the stage is still very immediate.)
Bring your I.D. so that you can be counted as over 21 or else they won't let you into the bar seating area. Drinks and food are, of course, over priced and kinda crappy but I tend to just get a screwdriver and nurse it throughout the night. And you DON'T have to have a drink to be in the bar area but I figured I'd let you know. Also, as it is Virginia, smoking is allowed and can be somewhat heavy at times. And if you have earplugs, BRING THEM! They do sell some cheap ones at Jaxx as well.
If you have any other questions, just ask! And I hope to god they don't turn off the A/C again this year. Sheesh. It'll either be chilly from the air conditioning or else hot. I suggest layers.
