desyhand was visiting from California, brian_kun and dethorats swung down to our neck of the woods to hang out for a little while, and our friend Teffy popped by to say hello. brian_kun and dethorats brought me some very belated and unexpected birthday presents, and holy crap, they actually braved a doll website for me despite being enormously creeped out by BJDs! Lassa now has naff boots and a lovely new shirt. :D So despite today starting off crappy, it turned out good in the end.
