Y'know, I half-feel like I'm betraying my fandom because I've written way more One Piece stuff than I have Bleach stuff.

I don't know why. I think it's easier to write for One Piece because it's a bit more loosely wrapped, for lack of a better term. Bleach's storyline is so tightly put together that there's not really room for fanfiction to be edged in properly. I hate having fanfic happen in a nebulous "sometime," especially when that nebulous "sometime" didn't really occur in canon. One Piece, on the other hand, has lots more wiggle room--travel time, random island visits, things like that. Fanfiction actually has somewhere to go. Well, that, and it's nice that the entire main cast of One Piece is over the age of consent (at least in my state--yes, in Maryland, Luffy is legal) whereas the main cast of Bleach is rather profoundly not.

In other words: Bleach, baby, I still love you, but I want to go to Utah so I can be married to One Piece too.

But...but... Bleach isn't feeling the lovin' touch of your fine hand. The desire will start to fade if you don't pet it and stroke it every so often. If you write Bleach fanfic, you can still come to Canada. Legal age here is 14 (at least fanfic with the guys who we want to see like Ichigo, Ishida, Renji although he's probably legal to drink). Just a thought.

You do know there isn't enough quality Bleach yaoi out there and I'm doing what I can. But I have multiple arcs to update and several promised one-shot pieces to do so I need so help rectifying this travisty of miniscule quality Bleach yaoi.

I try, I try, but the plotbunnies, they do not cooperate. I still owe a second chapter of Strawberry Shinigami Hates You to the IshiIchi group, and I'm coming up with zip. The closest I've gotten is almost catching a Gin/Kira plotbunny. I took one look at it and let it go. Brrrr, Gin. T_T

Ok, yeah that is a little on the ick side. I, unfortunately can't help on the plotbunny issue. I don't have/get plotbunnies. I get plotroaches. Much nastier and waaaaay harder to ignore. And you think the bunnies multiply? Honey, when you squish a roach, the eggs still live on. Good god, they can live without their heads for a time! And we know that they even manage to live after nuclear falllout.

When the roaches start scurrying around my brain, it is time to duck and cover. Even Dar, evil smut demon that he is, lives in fear of an invasion of the plotroaches.
