My job interview went well. Very well, in fact. A good chunk of yesterday and the rest of the morning was like a big old karma sink just so I'd do well for an hour. My car may have hailstone scratches and need a visit to the shop, I may be flat broke, I may have had to pay twice what I wanted to to get my paperwork printed out, said paperwork may have taken two hours out of my sleep time to fill out, and I may have hit vile 695E-83S junction traffic on my way there, but I pwnt the interview. My interviewer graduated from the same college I did and had the same Genetics professor. It was all downhill from there. And this place...benefits. Worker's comp. PAID HOLIDAYS. A sizable pay upgrade from my previous job. And likely to be labwork. Squee (gods, I'm a dork-and-a-half for liking labwork as much as I do).

I hope I hear back from them soon. *crossfingers*

*confused* But isn't labwork fun? Isn't it? If somebody said it wasn't, they were lying *nods*. Heh, I'm a geek too for liking that kinda stuff. I hope you get this job.

It's fabulously fun. I think even the boring parts of labwork are a lot more fun than most other work. Geeks unite!
