I apologize for screaming on here yesterday. I'm better now, as I usually am after sleeping. Not so much with the rawr.

I'm getting better at talking intelligently directly after being woken out of REM sleep. I've another interview on Wednesday. I'm not panicking nearly as badly about this one, mostly because I don't know if I want it--I'm not sure if I'm down with a thirty-plus-mile commute through some of the shittiest traffic on the East Coast. Having to haul out of the house an hour and a half before work to account for 695 and 95 traffic isn't big on my list of job perks.

On the plus side, I know exactly what I'm interviewing for this time, and I'd be starting work soonlike. A job is a job, and the Chibificus needs one.

On the down side, I'm not sure if I'd be interested in it or whether I'd get benefits of any kind. It would also pay less than anything I could get through my other interview, though it would pay marginally more than my last job. On the down side, I'd be refilling my gas tank twice a week just to get to work and back--that's $70-80 down the drain every week with gas prices what they are. The pay differential isn't enough to make up for me dumping nearly my rent into my gas tank every month. I'd need to work serious overtime to make up for it, and I ain't down with having to work extra just so I can afford to come to work.

Watch. I'll go in to this interview not giving a shit whether I get this job or not and it'll be the best interview I ever do in my entire life.

This is what journals were made for, to let our emotions out and all that other good stuff. So go on and scream until you lose your internet voice. What's a REM sleep? This job doesn't sound fun since most of your money you will never see. How much is gas over there? Over here it ranges from $2.62-$2.79. That's usually how things turn out. People don't work hard for something, yet others say they did the best darn job ever.

REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep is the stage of sleep where you're actually dreaming. Switching gears from deep sleep to "And what did you do at your last job?" is a bit difficult, but I'm getting better at it.

Gas around here is currently running about $2.65 a gallon for regular and is going up steadily. I expect it to get over three dollars a gallon this summer--last time that happened, it cost me nearly $50 to fill my gas tank, and my car's pretty good on gas.

It'll probably go well because I won't be nervous because it doesn't matter. Confidence gets mistaken for competence all the time--it's how a lot of people get their jobs in the first place.

I find it vastly disturbing that you're using icons I created that I decided were too shitty to even upload, and that you upload the ones I do like before I even get the chance.

Ganbatte with the interview.
