*giggles* Ok. I feel better now. Don't we all sound way different for real than we do when we hear ourselves talk? It always comes as a shock to me when I hear my voice recorded (probably why I don't do it much).

It has to do with bone vibrations--our ears get feedback from our voices vibrating our jaw and skull. That's why we sound different to ourselves--I always forget what my voice sounds like until I hear it recorded again. Unfortunately, most of the recordings I have of me are of me reading really bad fanfiction and trying not to laugh. XD
