BY TUESDAY...HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 100 DEGREES...COMBINED WITH HIGH HUMIDITY...COULD CAUSE HEAT INDEX VALUES AROUND 110 DEGREES IN MANY LOCATIONS. THIS BUILD UP OF HEAT COULD MAKE HEAT-RELATED ILLNESSES A SERIOUS THREAT...ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER GROUPS...PEOPLE WITH ILLNESSES...AND PEOPLE LIVING IN NON-AIR CONDITIONED HOMES.

Oh, snaps. Well, we'd been running low on heat-related deaths this year. Guess with everybody ealse getting hit, we were due too. I just hope this mess doesn't park here and make Otakon hell.

Today was furniture-moving day. Moving photos will show up eventually, including the action figure orgy. For now...oh god, so sore, so tired, never procrastinating that much again in my life. The bad part is that this is after five hours of sleep. Tiff got none and had to go work an open-to-close afterwards, and I feel guilty for sleeping when she can't. More moving tomorrow. At least it's all smallish.

I saw 100 and heat index of 110 and knew exactly what you were talking about. That's how it is here EVERYDAY, so all I can say is find someplace cool to stay, drink lots of water and what-nots, and same for Vivi.

Poor Tiff, but you shouldn't feel bad since you two are like each other halves ^.^

Tiff and I are like twinseseses, dontchaknow. Seriously, people get us mixed up in real life, which is quite amusing as we look nothing alike--we're not even the same race. XD Our friends joke that we're like one single unit.

And unfortunately, despite apparently only counting as one person, when I sleep, Tiff does not feel rested. I wish it worked that way, because college would have been a lot easier. XD
