I'll be damned. Common sense just prevailed in the American justice system--the MySpace lawsuit I was bitching about got thrown out of court. An appeal is planned, of course.

Also, are we taking the metro in or will we be parking near the hotel? I have a weird question - I have flowers and wanna bring 'em with, but somehow do not see them surviving a ride through the bowels of D.C.

Yes, you can (we were planning on it, I thought?), and we (or myself and the luggage, bare minimum) are indeed driving all the way down--my cosplay crap won't survive a DC Metro trip in howling winds and bitter cold either.

Hey, I'm glad about the outcome of that lawsuit too. Actually, believe it or not, the american justice system isn't that bad. I just looked up some lawsuits on video game violence and not one of them have gone through yet, which makes me very happy.
