Just for Em: I like Sausage Festival!

Okay, I'm done being a tard now.

Finally got over to Record & Tape Traders last night and it turned out the exact opposite of how I was expecting--I found a used copy of Assemblage 23's Defiance album just sitting on the shelf like "Bitch, what took you so long?" but not only were they fresh out of every Kamelot album except Ghost opera, I couldn't even order Karma because it was out of print and none of their stores had it used. Emo tears foreveeeeeer. ;_; Now I have to actually order it online, which takes all the fun out of picking it up at the store.

I also grabbed a random In Strict Confidence import CD. I haven't had a chance to do more than glance at it thus far. The liner notes are all in German, but it was $3 so I'm still trying to figure out if it's full of anthrax or something because import CDs are never that cheap. Singles, sometimes, but most singles don't come with ten tracks unless the ten tracks are all remixes of the same damn thing (I'm looking at you, Edge of Dawn).

In non-music news, Yaoi-Con approaches. I AM TERRIBLY EXCITED. I am also determined to write something, even if it's just a drabble for OPY100, so I can say "I write fanfic" instead of "I used to write fanfic." PRESENT TENSE WILL BE MINE.

In other non-music news, dentist's appointment Tuesday. D: I are scared.

ETA: WAITWHUT?! I just got an email from the guy I buy my P.o.P.s from, asking me if I want to preorder the one coming out at the tail end of January...

Mr. 2 Bon Clay.

HOLY SHIT, WAS I THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS?

I have 55 tunes by Kamelot on my HD. Would you like any or all of them? I've no idea what album they're from but you're welcome to them if you want 'em.

I've got Karma on my computer. I just wanted it in my car too. ;_; I love buying CDs in record stores--it's a weird thingie of mine.

I know you're a big ISC fan--did you want me to rip this CD? Turned out to be Cryogenix. Since it came inside instead of vanishing into my car, chances are good it actually will get ripped. Track list is as follows:

1. Falling Down
2. Dementia
3. Inside
4. Sudorific
5. Become an Angel
6. In 2 Deep (Life - Part 1)
7. Burning Angel
8. Lost in Paradise
9. Crux
10. Sinner
11. Change My Vein
12. Cryonic Suspension (2nd Life)

That would be all kinds of awesome. Thank you. I think I remember you mentioning something about your CD player in your car not liking burned CD's. But, if you still want....

In Strict Confidence--Cryogenix (http://www.coyoteusopp.com/In%20Strict%20Confidence.zip)

That link will be good for a week, then I'll delete it from my webspace.

Im going to give you a quick, easy process to get Karma.

1. Go Here: http://www.tower.com/tower_search/search_1.cfm?keywords=kamelot+karma

2. Pick a version in stock and buy it.

3. Wait for the CD to arrive.

Do I need to buy it for you too, Ms. Chibi? ;)

I DO really appreciate the thrill of the hunt, but seriously, what is most important? To me its Having the music. Still, If you are dead set on finding it in person, there are still other music stores to try (Soundgarden, for example). You know Im always interested in going music hunting if you need a partner in crime...

10 Whole Days?! Oh My God, Toki would die and this time it wouldn't be from the diabetes if you know what I'm saying.

As for Mr. 2, I got that email today! It is....truly something. Now where the heck is SHANKS?!

As for Kamelot - I know where you can buy it. Or at least, probably. The FYE down in Arundel Mills is metal-riffic and that's where I got 2 albums. If not there, perhaps Record and Tape Traders? Would you like me to check here in Frederick?

Them doing Mr. 2 gives me hope that we'll see Shanks soonlike. ♥ Or at least some of the non-Marine villains, because a Crocodile figure would be drooltastic.

Record & Tape Traders is actually where I went. >>; According to their computers, no used copies of Karma have been turned in and they don't have any new ones. I'll probably wind up going to Sound Garden in Baltimore--at least if I can't find it, I can take home some industrial music to soothe my disappointment because THEY ACTUALLY HAVE AN INDUSTRIAL SECTION OMG. And it's right next to the metal section so hey, short walk.

This is a late comment, but I was out of town. I've got some In Strict Confidence and if you end up liking them, I can send it on. Just let me know!
