On a slight tangent, have you tried just writing one page per day, every day? It doesn't matter if it's crap, it doesn't matter if you hate it, just each day write one full page of fiction. Pretty soon you'll be in the habit of writing, and then maybe your creative motivation will kick back in. ^___^

Actually, it's an Ace/Sanji ficlet titled Smoke. But yes, it is Sanji's perspective.

... which leads to an interesting side question of do you only write fic or do you like to go back and read stuff that you wrote? (Not criticism, just curious. I know some people that don't really like to read what they write.)

But anyway! ficlet prompt, yay! Um, "concentration" with either Sanji/Zoro (in that order) or Ace/Smoker. [Or combine them for the foursome of hotness Sanji/Zoro/Ace/Smoker! LOL]

I do sometimes go back and reread stuff I wrote...usually when I need a Smoker/Zeff fix. I also go back months later and reread fics that I hated when I wrote them just to make sure they really did suck (dismayingly often, they didn't really suck that bad, meaning I wasted a lot of angst on nothing).

Ficlet it is! Quite likely when I get home from work.

Smoker was tempted to fight him, tease him, make him wait for what his body was screaming for. But they had fifteen minutes, no longer, before one or both of them were missed. Logically, they should have passed up this assignation, waited for a more opportune and safe time to indulge in the ongoing folly that was this relationship.

But what he and Ace had had never been built on logic or, to be frank, anything on the same planet as logic. Smoker slammed Ace's semi-sublimated flesh into the brick of the wall and focused on concentrating a night of wanton pleasure into ten minutes of stolen time.
