One Piece volumes read in the past week and a half: ~20.
Hours spent working on prototypes named "Luffy," Zoro," "Nami," and "Robin" for work: 3.
Minutes boss spent praising Robin design before his brain finally caught up enough to ask what the names meant: 5.
Bad One Piece fanfics read: ~15.
Good One Piece fanfics read: 3.
Traumatizing One Piece fanfics read: 1 1/2.
Minutes spent arguing over Zoro's hair color in the Create-a-Fighter mode of Soul Calibur III: 20.
Minutes spent arguing over Zoro's shirt in the Create-a-Fighter mode of Soul Calibur III: 15.
Times pirate won vs. ninja: 3.
Depths of One Piece geekery reached: incalcuable.
This fandom is freaking eating me whole. Only my massive doom-inating love for Bleach keeps me afloat, which is actually closer to a small chip of metal being suspended between two supermagnets. If it gets a push to one side or the other, it's going to accelerate to near-relativistic speeds in that direction, but for now, it's stable.
What a way to go, though.
