It lives! IT LIVES! My bike has attained functionality! I drove it a few miles today. If my helmet and my insurance check would just show, my life would be peachy.
The ride on my new bike is a lot smoother than my old one, the handling is about the same, and the acceleration leaves something to be desired, but apparently there's a "wearing-in" period where the bike's performance improves as it's driven more. It looks a great deal more spifftastic than my old bike. Even Steve said that while it is still a blowdryer, it is quite a badass blowdryer. It's a four-stroke as opposed to a two-stroke--maintainance is going to be different. I hope I can fumble it out.
I joined the Moped Army today. I need to have at least one forum where people won't laugh at my vehicle. I seem to be the only moped-riding girl in the state, though. Nyu. ^.^;
