So does Crocodile have one hand or two? Or maybe just automail? Was he hiding a hand under his hook the whole time? It's a mystery!

Maybe Oda made a mistake. OR Crocodile has been hiding that hand under the hook, and a whole new range of possibilities opens to the fangirls. :)

I'm just imagining Crocodile with a wide range of "snap-ons" where his hook ought to be. He's a multipurpose tool!

I wonder if he wore the hook to make himself look more badass. Doesn't say much for his self-esteem.

I think the World Government runs on Jupiter logic instead of Earth logic. How else does a weasel with a room-temperature IQ like Spandexam get such a high-ranking, important position?

I think that's just a hand that can be attached cause on onf of his wrists it has a big braclet and the other one doesn't (even though their both connected, the left one has a bigger clasp than the other one). Hehehe, Crocodile's expression *pokes face*.
