It is so the doneness. Raptus Regalis is finished.

Go forth, my child, and sin no more. You know you want to read about chibi!Sanji, grownup!asskicking!Sanji, a fine young cannibal by the name of Yoji, and Robin-chwan saving the day in the end.

If anyone would like to raise any issues with the Latin, point them at me, as it's my fault.

ETA:
Stupid dentist. "Give them six months." "Well, they don't LOOK impacted." "Now, if you were twenty-five and your wisdom teeth weren't all the way in, I'd be concerned. You're only twenty-one, you'll be fine. You did say that you don't have insurance, right?" That was seven months ago. Fucker.

I'm tired of spitting blood into the sink on an irregular basis. I'm tired of my head feeling like my maxilla is in a vice and my zygomatic arches are being yanked off of my damn skull at an angle. I'm tired of damn near hearing these stupid things come in. It got old after the first six months, and it's been four years now. Normal people's wisdom teeth do not take four years to come in. My sister's came in in three months.

Rawr. I hate purposeless pain. It makes me whiny. I'm starting to think solving the problem with pliers would hurt less, though.

STAY AWAY FROM THE PLIERS! I say you should just chew out your dentist place and make them take out your wisdom teeth. Give them some deserved yelling for putting you in so much pain.

I'd yell, but I don't have a few grand handy to have the teeth taken out. I usually get wound up about them when they hurt worst, and then when they quit hurting I forget to go have them looked at. I've been meaning to have them looked at since freshman year of college and only got around to it last summer, where I got charged $75 for somebody to tell me to wait six months. *sigh*

*shifty eyes* My big brother? He once removed a tooth with pliers. =<.<= But then again, he also removed his braces as a kid with a screwdriver, and wire cutters. =._.=

=^_^=; the dentist office is an evil, evil place. I'm sorry to hear that you have to go through that crap. =>.>=; I shudder to think what'll happen when my wisdom teeth begin to come in... =x_x= *hasn't gone to the dentist in YEARS*

Your brother is special, and sounds like he'd get along well with my younger sister. She tends to play with electricity.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years before I went. I usually only go when I have a problem I can point at and go "Owie. Make stop." As I apparently have Teeth of Non-Dental-Moneymaking +5 (straight, no cavities), dentist visits tend to be few and far between.

Oh yes. =-_-=; And there was always that one other time...

Ever hear of that 'string tied to a doorknob' trick? ....That's how I lost my second front tooth..... That still hadn't been all that loose yet.

....And then there was the time he convinced me to jump off the roof, into one of our planters..... Those were special times. Yes indeedy.

*shudders* I swear, I SHOULD go to the dentist more often- I mean, there's plenty of money they could make off of my bloody mouth. =<<= But... you know.... I'd rather DIE than step into one of those places. =o_o=; The doctors... dentist... and chiropractor. I.... I'm terrified of them all.

Hmm. Well, let me be a ray of sunshine amidst the typical slew of horror stories. I had my wisdom teeth (all 4 at once) removed at the age of 19. I was eating normally the next day and had very little pain, virtually no discomfort, and a week later all but forgot about the whole ordeal except it was when they pulled the sutures out.

The dentist told me that if you wait too long, the roots of the teeth embed into the jaw bone and it's MUCH more painful to remove them, so the younger you are the easier and less painful their removal will be. I know insurance is always a problem, and I don't have any either, but back then I did.

There wasn't enough room for them to come in, and they were beginning to turn. The very tips of them erupted but not the part caught under the adjacent molars. I was in constant pain that affected my mood and made me a bit cranky for months on end...and once I got them removed the pain was gone.

I opted to be put under for the proceedure but that's optional. I also took the anti-biotics as prescribed. He said that 80% of people who have them removed have little pain and virtually no complications. It's the 20% who ignore doctor's orders, wait too long, or don't take the anti-biotics who create the multitude of horror stories you hear. It's the 80% who sailed smoothly that you don't hear about.

I'm probably one of those "waited too long" folks, as I'm twenty-two and I've been working on these teeth since I was eighteen. They'd probably have to use a chisel to get them out.

The thing is, they're coming in straight and they've got room. They're just going very, very, very slowly, and they hurt a lot. Theoretically, if I leave them be, they shouldn't cause any problems with my other teeth and they ought to be in before I'm forty, at least. The other part is that my lower set of wisdom teeth finally finished meandering in last year, and I'd have to pay to have them yanked too if I had the uppers out. Ug.

Ah, well 21 isn't any where near "too late." "Too late" doesn't begin until about age 35 to 40 or so. But as long as they're coming in straight, good. But no matter how they come in they WILL ache. (Teething babies cry for a reason...) Just sucks when it takes SO long for 'em to come in and causes months and years worth of pain.

I seriously do suggest looking into reflexology or accupressure (no needles!) Long term use of pills isn't great.

Glad the fic's finished BTW. I haven't read the end yet, but that's a project for tonight after work.
