Things I Have Learned While Living Alone at the New Apartment:
~Incompetent painters suck.
~Incompetent lock installation sucks more.
~I can screw like a pro, but I totally fail at getting hammered.
~Ikea furniture does not like me.
~Nothing says "home" like the clatter of d20s rolling.
~Zoro and Sanji look good in the closet.
~All good internet/fandom things happen while I'm gone (I'm looking at you, ptps, kotszok, paxnirvana, and _paperpencil. POR QUE, MARIA? POR QUEEEEEEEEEEEEE?! ;_;).
~The Chibi misses the Bear and the Cat and the Dog. T_T
~You can fit a kitten in a kitchen drawer. The better question is how she got in there in the first place.
~I left my brain in the old apartment, especially the parts that write things and remember days of the week.
~Wooden crates make surprisingly good computer desks.
~NCIS = love. tarvosio also = love. AND I'M NOT ABBY, DAMMIT.
~The hallway leading to our apartment creeps out everyone. EVERYONE. It radiates a definite "someone was strangled here and died frantically clawing these Exorcist-vomit-green walls" feeling.
~I am a klutz. Wait, I already knew that.
~There ain't nothin' left for me to do but dance...BECAUSE I GOT A JOB, MOTHERFUCKER! From an interview that I thought went so poorly that I started crying when I got home. I'll be working for the Man, but he pays well.

Metta-chan has the magic touch with Ikea furniture, evil wench that she is. It took her a fraction of the time to build the exact same piece of furniture that I was building, and she did a better job of it too. *rawr*

I did indeed mean that pun, but my Zoro and Sanji P.o.P. figures really are in my closet, as they don't fit on my windowsill at the moment. XD

Yep, and the boys are very, VERY pretty, though Sanji has no ass at all. XD I got Zoro for Solstice and found Sanji at Katsucon. I need Usopp and Smoker now, and I'm hoping to find Usopp at Otakon. I don't know about Smoker, though--I had a godawful time finding the PoP Ace I sent my sister for Christmas this year (I eventually found one on eBay after a month and a half of looking), and I'm sure Smoker will be just as much of a pain in the ass to find.
